FAQ's and Testimonials

"When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be"

Lao Tzu

How often do you suggest someone spaces out coaching sessions:

Once a week is ideally how often someone should have coaching sessions, but it all depends on the client.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes, what is discussed in the sessions, stays in the sessions.

How is coaching different than therapy?

Coaching is a partnership between coach and client in a thought-provoking and

creative process that explores, enriches and expands all aspects of your life.

Coaching's Focus: The Present and the Future

Clients and coaches work together on solutions, looking back on problems. We ask "Who are you, and where do you want to be in life".

Therapy's Focus: Past Feelings and Issued-Based.

Clients and therapists don't work as much together -- the therapist is the expert as the client is the listener. They ask "What happened and how did that make you feel."

"If you are wanting to gain a better understanding of yourself, the situations you experience and how you respond to them, Lori is the coach for you. She will guide you through your journey by investing in you, asking questions and actively listening, in order to gain a working knowledge of who you are in order to help maximize your potential. Your growth and development as a person will be monumental. She is amazing."

" I told a friend of mine that you have been helping me so much with everything!  At some point, when I am ready to open up about what is happening in my life, I will tell everyone I know what you have done and how much your coaching has helped me.  Thank you so much!"
